"The sewer in our basement was overflowing on a Sunday afternoon and needed someone quick. I seen that this company had 5 out of 5 star review so I contacted them. I was told they would be at my house within the hour and then about 5 minutes later they notified me that they were 15 minutes out. They were very professional and quick on solving our issue and explained what was found that caused the issue. Just because a wipe said that it is flushable, doesn't mean that it should be flushed. The 5 out of 5 stars rating is still good with me."
